1.1 Payments can be either prepaid via payment link or by card in our vehicles. All drivers are equipped with Sumup card payment devices to accept card payments.
1.2 Receipts are available on request. Customers can either request a receipt from the driver or a pre-receipt via through our experienced operators upon booking. All receipts are non physical and can be sent via text and/or email (ie e-receipt).
prices & fares
2.1 All fares charged include VAT.
2.1.2 Once a booking is confirmed, passengers must pay the price that we charge.
2.2 All airport fares include pickup/drop off fee.
2.3 Price of fares may change on either current or pre-booked journey's if the customer changes their booking details. This can either increase or decrease depending on a number of factors. Factors include;
changed pick up and/or drop of location/address.
number of passengers (for example from 4 passengers to 5 passengers which will require a larger vehicle and vise versa).
additional drop offs that add to the journey time and distance.
2.4 Should the company have a change of fare rates/price, any current pre-booked journeys will not be affected. The company has the right to update fare rates without prior notice.
Bookings & Cancellations
3.1 Bookings can be made via; email, direct phone call, text, whatsapp or on our website.
3.2 Bookings can be made in advance or asap on a "first come, first serve" basis.
3.2.1 Advance bookings are not limited to any particular time frame. In most cases, bookings can be made up to 1 year in advance.
3.3 All journey's must be UK mainland only.
3.4 As mentioned in 2.1, all airport journey's include pick up/drop off fee. In addition to this, airport pick ups have a free waiting period of up to 1 hour. After that, £5 for every 15 minutes (£20 per hour, £10 every 30 minutes) is charged on top of the fare. A flight number will be required for airport pick ups.
3.4.1 We provide a 24/7 (365 days a year) airport transfer service (subject to availability).
3.4.2 Multiple frequent trips can be made (providing we have the availability) for a frequent customer including return for a regular weekly booking.
3.4.3 All passengers under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
3.5 With pre-booked journeys, we strongly advise customers to cancel no later than 24 hours in advance. Any pre-booked journeys cancelled after the driver has arrived or is already en-rout is subject to a late cancellation fee at 10% of the booking fare.
3.6 All pre-booked journeys that are cancelled in advance which have already been prepaid will receive a full refund in 3 - 5 working days.
General rules for passengers
Passengers must state the number of passengers travelling with them if they are accompanied by 1 or more people.
passengers must not eat or drink inside our vehicle without the drivers permission.
Strictly no alcohol consumption of any kind inside our vehicles.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our vehicles.
Any passengers who either soil or vomit inside our vehicles are subject to pay a minimum fine of £60 (£80 for larger vehicles).
Passengers must adhere to the above rules, behave sensibly and must respect our drivers.
